2080Ti MSI Gaming X Trio vs. Rog Strix CAN'T DECIDE

What should I go for? I hear Rog strix is hitting 1900+MHz out of the box with decent temperature, and I'm not sure about MSI's, as I remember seeing that MSI tested up to 300W max (with their whole power balancing thing).

I want to be using it just about 1950MHz. Asus does seem to have this comfortable feature where I can choose between silent vs. performance mode? Not sure if MSI has something like this as well.. Too much thinking and I can't make up my mind.

both are great cards, just get the cheapest, most beautiful or the best fitting with your components. but keep the ftw in mind too if you want to overclock
