Keep on crashing on Windows 10 with error

Help, I keep on crashing with the error UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP. I don’t know how to fix please help. The guide on Microsoft’s website doesn’t really help.

disable fast startup in control panel, power options, change what power buttons do, change settings that are currently unavailable.

 

Then shut down, turn on.

Now my PC is buffering a lot and the sound on YouTube is stuttering and kinda odd and broken up sounding. My keyboard rgb effect is stuttering too.
