AMP + PREAMP for Beyerdynamic DT 990 250Ohm

Hello everyone, I was wondering if these two would be enough to power the Beyerdynamic DT 990 PRO (250 Ohm) on my pc. Together they cost no more than 100$, and that's my range of price.

Also, I'm yet to decide between the Beyerdynamic and the AKG K 702.

If I read the spec sheet right then they will power those headphones very easily.
