Asus arua sync and master cooler?

Anybody have experience with RGB? about to do a build and the Asus z390-h only has 1 rgb header. I have the cooler master mb511 and the ml360r aio that is RGB. Will that work with the one header?

Any CPU requiring a 360mm rad should not be put in that board. It has worse VRMs than the Z390-E, and the Z390-E is already poor. Side note, cooler master AIOs aren't very good.

What board do you recommend for a 9900k? And yeah it's not the best, but I was willing to risk a little performance for aesthetics, it cools well enough!

If you require Asus, no worse than a Strix Z390-E. I would recommend against even that for a 9900K though. If you want something of similar price, look at the ASRock Taichi or Gigabyte Z390 Auros Ultra. If you want to spend similar to the Z390-H, Gigabyte's Z390 Auros Elite is a great choice. Every Auros board from the Elite and up have the same VRMs and power phase, afaik.

It doesn't say anything about one RGB header and 6 rgb fans on that page thanks for the input I'll look into the auros!

Why should I care about VRMs? Over clocking?

It has an included controller (and it only includes 3 fans), or you can just plug the included RGB splitter into the board instead of the controller.

Yes, but for a CPU as serious as a 9900K, even just normal clock speeds can require a good bit of power.

What risks do I run sticking with the Mobo I have? And the case comes with 3 rgb fans as well and another controller. Not sure if they work together? Can I use one controller?

Minimal overclocking performance, possibly cooking your VRMs. I don't know of anyone that has that board on the forum so I can't speak for how it actually is, but for the price there are way better options, so I've never really considered it.

Where can I find the vrm phases on a Mobo? From the manufacturer of them?

Some list it in their specs list, some don't. Buildzoid has good breakdowns of motherboards if you so desire.

@Cereal5 returning my Asus even though I love them and the Bios but yeah went with Gig Auros elite, thanks, man.
