My phones being pretty slow and annoying. I really don't even know what to do since it's a last gen flagship. Any ideas to make it faster or something.

Try cleaning your phone up with the built-in device maintenance setting in the settings app. I personally own a Galaxy S9 and have had moments when it slows down a little.
