Ohh its an old LGA775 system. Makes sense as to why you aren't using it. When I saw the cosmos I thought it would have been a more powerful PC.

for "visuals" sake. would it be wise to bite the bullet now if i did want to upgrade later to RGB RAM. (or "better looking") i know its basically pointless outside of clock speeds. but i do want to be semi-proud of this rig. lol

Corsair Vengeance RGB is the way to go ;) Either regular Vengeance RGB or Vengeance Pro RGB should be good

Its honestly your personal opinion. I'd go for the vengeance pro rgb because i'm a corsair fanboy (corsair kb mouse and headset, ram, powersupply). But G.Skill is also a viable option.

you're listing a 1050...

i would swap in a new psu and leave windows unactivated, you're not missing that much without it, i still recommend looking around for another case, as this one is overkill, but okay... that would be it for me

LOL. the 30 bucks is from a soursed supplier. but keys seem to ALWAYS be a "at own risk" endeavor minus Win.com lol

okay. i actually didn't know the case. that's why... i know you like the h500, but any alternatives?

H500 is definitely overkill if you never planning on upgrading, however having a case like that would make future upgrades a lot easier since it will last a while and be able to hold basically anything without cooling issues becoming a problem.

The MB511 RGB is similar but $20 cheaper, otherwise if you're set on the H500, theres little reason to steer you away from it
