MSI Optix MAG24C not detected by msi gaming center

Ok, so I am trying to switch the refresh rate on this monitor to 144Hz, but the msi gaming center program says that there are no msi devices detected. I have checked everywhere, and I cannot find anything on this. Help is much appreciated

You want to set the refresh rate from your graphics driver software.

The computer won't or the MSI software? What GPU do you have?

MSI software wont detect the monitor, and xfx rx580 8gb

Oh, my bad lmao, I don't come on here that often anymore, but, if you we're wondering how to switch the refresh rate, you go to display settings, then select the monitor you want to switch the refresh rate of, then go to advanced display settings, then select monitor, and it will show a pull down of the refresh rates it can reach, and you choose whichever you want
