Why don't benq zowie monitors come with g-sync or freesync?

Is screen tearing visible on these monitors? Why are they so popular with pro gamers?

Pro gamers don't care about screen tearing thats why they almost never cap their fps its all about the smallest input lag. Screen tearing is always visible if your fps and hz aren't matched or I believe divisible. Now the higher the update time aka hz the less time a tear is visible meaning its less noticeable.

you dont need free sync or g sync unless you expect drops in frame rates as far as I know once you get 200 FPS in a shooter you can just enable V sync or leave it and theres not much tearing. Pro gamers want as little overhead as possible that could affect latency
