Laptop HDD wont show up in Windows 7

Hello,

So ive got an 128GB HDD in my laptop, which works perfectly fine. But ive also gpt an 500GB HDD in it, but it wont show up in Windows and also not in Disk Manager. It only shows up in the BIOS. How can i get it to work again?!?

 

(My laptop is a Dell Precision M4600)
