if a seagate 2tb hard disk pcb is changed can data be retrived from it?

I have an old 2tb hard drive which makes kat kat sound when being mounted on hard drive dock.Now my question i gave it to pro data recovery can data be retrieved from it if PCB of the hard drive is changed.I have no idea so asking in general.ANy advice is welcome thanks in advance.

(I used to do data recovery professionally)

The logic board (the part underneath the hard drive enclosure) can be changed out...BUT, certain chips on the board must remain the same, otherwise the drive geometry goes south and inexpensive data recovery cannot happen.
