I want a case with:

Side Panel Window

PSU Cover

At least a fan on it

This is 100$ CAD so probably around 60 euro

It's a great one :)  there might be better options tho

the focus g can do it all except for that psu shroud... it does come with 2 fans tho

well, that's a opinion i've heared before

 

the cm masterbox 5 lite rgb would get this all, but because of the plastic front panel the airflow gets restricted, but I don't have any too high thermals on my own machine with it

if you can up your budget a little, you should be able to get a cooler master h500 with freakin 200 mm fans on the front...

FSC Celsius M460 or 470, if available in your region.

Paid like 25€ or so for mine - at the door...
