I need help with a new PC

I'm from Croatia and have a limited budget of 3500-4000 KN(Croatian currency) which is like $540-$615. My gaming PC died and i need your help. I want to either buy a completed system or build one which could be hard because of the money. I am into hardware and that sort of stuff but I would be much more safer if someone like you did it.

Can any parts be salvaged? Do you need a new monitor, keyboard and other peripherals?

My monitor is 1440 x 900, i would need a new one yes, but I do have a good mouse and a keyboard. The only thing that could be salvaged would be the 500 GB HDD... I even need a new optical drive. I plan playing LoL and the newer games, but not the newest so it doesn't need to be that strong. Games like Fifa, Company of Heroes, Strategy games and etc.

Are you willing to import from retailers like mindfactory.de? I don't remember if import/customs fees are assessed for Germany > Croatia shipping.

Check this out. https://www.pcshop.hr/racunalo-magazinrs-amd-ryzen-3-2200g-350-ghz-radeon-vega-8-8gb-ddr4-ram-1tb-hdd-dvd-rw/Gam02/product/

You might be able to buy a GTX 1050TI with the money left over, which will be quite sufficient for your games at that resolution.
