Group regulated, would only buy it for very very old systems like optiplexes.

at least its bronze, and with low load (250W or less) wont blow up. Saw the JG review.

Yeah.  6.5 out of 10 and Jeremy was being nice.  I would never recommend the BT.

Shitty and old.  

 

No PFC.  Group regulated.  No OTP.  Sleeve bearing fan.   All Chinese caps.

 

$22.95 is overpriced for a new one... never mind a used one.  I dare say that Insignia PSU may actually be better.  At least it was new.
