motherboard is not fully inserted in the I/O shield

Do I have to remove the crews and try re adjusting it with all the cables and components attached to the motherboard? Just notice this issue a week when i got the pc

Your motherboard is pretty much stuck exactly where the standoffs screws put it.  I don't think you're going to be able to change where the motherboard sits.  If I were you I would just gently push the I/O shield from the back of the case toward the motherboard a bit.

I just move the little blockade that prevents me plugging in things with the cables. My 1 USb 3.0 and LAN is blocked, so I did move back the parts an inch away and it is all good
