What is the File System for Xbox One External Drives?

Does anyone know what file system the Xbox One uses for its External Drives? Thanks

I seen that..had some USB ones their calling Xbox drives...but pretty sure has to be NTFS or can be formatted to whatever...how else you gonna be able to use it lol
