GTX 760 driver crash during gaming

MaIware

I honestly don't know what is going on, but it keeps coming and going.

Every time I play a game that requires a medium to high load on my GPU, the pc freezes in a colored screen(colors can be grey, brown, green, white etc.)

I have tried to use Display Driver Uninstaller and switched between countless compatible drivers, but it just won't help. Sometimes I can play Far Cry 5 for about 15 minutes until it happens. Is it a driver crash or a problem with my computer.

Specs:

MODEL - ASUS ROG G20AJ

i5-4460

ASUS GTX 760 Founders Edition 2GB

1x 8GB ddr3 RAM

That's what I can scratch off my head.

Would love some help.

It looks more like a hardware problem to me, I'd try a different GPU if at all possible and see if it still happens.

@Crunchy Dragon

Putting another GPU inside this computer cade is insanely hard as it's a compact pc. I might try resocketing it however.

If it's a reference card as you said, then another card of the same size should fit without issue.
