GPU for Designer (also kinda gamer)

What’s the perfect GPU as of now for designers using SketchUp, Vray, Autocad, Lumion, 3D Max, Unreal, and also a little gaming?

 

Nvidia Quadro, Gtx, Rtx or AMD.

 

For the price of $800 - $1200

for cad a quadro is going to make a big difference, a p4000 can be had for around 750 dollars, but won't perform THAT well in gaming, so you could get a different consumer card for gaming

Interior Designer/Furniture Designer mostly using cad and sketchup with vray and lumion.

medium is okay or at least decent frames (I don’t mind textures that much on gaming) around 60-100fps?
