Cool (handy?) tech under $100

I have a very strict budget of 100 CAD on Amazon.ca. I was thinking of maybe a camera, but I don't know of anything good for a hundred bucks. A cheap tablet might be fun, but I don't believe there is anything Intel-based for that price (not on Amazon, anyway). Ideas? Thanks!
