So before i boot the laptop and moving forward what should i do, so that i wont have to deal with window 10 issues or manufacturer software. i'm gonna use it daily for a lot of school stuff as well.

Easy,

Go to the C drive, asus laptops should have a drivers folder, save it to an external drive.

Then go to control panel then system, identify if you have windows 10 home or pro.

Create UEFI bootable windows 10 usb.

Clean install windows. (Delete all drive volumes, select the unallocated space.) do NOT create a new partition.
