PC Freezes when Unplugging or Plugging in USB Devices

I built a new pc a week or so ago and I've been having an issue where sometimes when I unplug my mouse or keyboard or plug it in my computer freezes and I have to hard restart. I have no idea what's causing it and am in need of help.

 

Im running Windows 10 64-Bit and my pc consist of the following specs.

 

CPU:Intel Core i7 9700k

GPU:Asus ROG Strix 2080

MOBO:Asus Prime Z370-A

RAM:G-Skill Trident Z 16GB 3200mhz

PSU:EVGA 750w G3

Boot Drive:250GB Samsung 970Evo

Storage Drive:Seagate Barracuda 2TB
