Did Netflix lose 4k on some content?

That article shows exactly what I was saying... every title in HDR is also in 4k.  There are no HDR non-4k titles listed.

 

I've your TV says it's playing in HDR, then it's also playing in 4k.

Weird, but I noticed lately movies and TV shows which were available in 4k for me, now they don't have it, but just HDR. I have premium subscription. Is it me or Netflix removed 4k quality on their some content? For example I clearly remember I had "Black Mirror" in 4k, now it only says HDR. Same with Altered Carbon. Wtf, can someone explain me what's going on? Do you see those changes too?

Are you using the same device as before? Some PCs can't play back in 4k without a recent Intel CPU.

Does it maybe just leave out the 4k designation with HDR content? Assuming they don't stream 1080p HDR of course (I don't use Netflix).

Shows like Altered Carbon always just show up as Dolby Vision when streamed via Chromecast.  Pretty sure Netflix only shows HDR content in 4k.
