SATA to Thunderbolt 3
SATA3 is 6 Gb/s.
Thunderbolt 3 uses USB Type C connector and includes USB 3.1 Gen 2 (10 Gb/s) connectivity, which is compatible with USB 3.1 Gen 1 (5 Gb/s)
Anything that has a Type C connector will work just fine. Thunderbolt 3 is awesome like that
