ASIO system wide in Windows 10?

I have been wondering if there was a way to implement ASIO drivers system wide in Windows 10 (maybe some Focusrite drivers since that's the hardware I use for audio).
I am looking for ways to improve audio input latency in the best way possible as I find a 90ms/100ms delay when monitoring my inputs.
