How to fix headphone driver?

Laniakea

So these are Sony XB950AP's and for a quite a long time, the distortion levels are really destroying the quality of the music (I hadn't have them before). This special one is present at the left earcup and it shows itself at below 33Hz frequencies. It really sounds like a tractor... I cleaned it the best way I could but no luck, haven't even spotted anything yet even.

Hello, the driver on the left side of my Sony xb950ap's coil is stuck to the magnet, or something, as you can see in the video. What should I do? I don't want to get a replacement part as that will cost so much and I fixed every inch of this headphone myself. Any ideas? I tried pushing a stick from the back of the magnet, in the hole :D After quite a pressure nothing happened and because I can puncture the diaphgramh I stopped it. Please help this is quite urgent, no one helped for days...
