Basically there is a site that u download it as a program , creat an account , and earn rewards by doing tasks , but bec i somehow f'ed over with their policy terms , they banned my account.

So i made a new one , and after completing a task and earning some coins ( that redeem the rewards ) i got banned cuz they figured out im the same user.... i assume it is IP relevant but it is either internet IP or perhaps they use my pc's IP ???

Can i bypass/trick their tracking program ?

How about not be an ass and leave it be? Or try to contact their support and appeal the ban? Instead of breaking their terms further. You are aware that they have plenty of options on identifying and blacklisting you, right? Payment method, address, email, IP, machine ID (if you install something, it gathers system data). Just check how successful Epic Games is with their bans.
