Hello everyone. Help me connect. ?

 

Line out on Fiio to PC or AUX? Which one for TV then? What do these numbers in mV (millivolts) even mean? How does it affect me? I'm confused. ?

Just the line levels.

The PC input can take more power, so if you plug something like a phone into there it might be quieter.

Try both and see what you prefer, it shouldn't really matter much.
