Pc on, peripherals are not turning on

Ararata

I have decided to upgrade my pc, with 2 8gb sticks of vengance lpx, dark rock pro 4, and 500gb ssd. I had some trouble with space (nzxt s340) so I had to tug on the cpu fan to get space for the ram. I turn on the pc and it seems alright but no power is sent to monitor and mouse etc.

Specs are
4x 8gb vengance lpx
Asus prime z270-a
Dark rock pro 4
I7 7700k
Thanks for any help

What PSU? Does the PSU definitely work?

What are the speeds of each RAM stick?

I removed two ram sticks, one of which was closest to the cpu fan and it now works fine. Would this be because of contact with the fan?
