my roomate broke his bios...

My roomate is super intrigued with the Scrap Yard Wars series on the LTT channel and he wanted to build his own pc for as little as possible.. he had a decent pc - intel core i5 with 8 gb of ram and an AMD 7950 grafics card, he was playing with the bios trying to get his (tyan s5515) motherboard to recognize the graphics card, in the bios he enabled PCI-E grafics and set intel integrated grafics to auto and when the pc rebooted the pc turned on, but there was no video from any port, so i tried switching the card out for a nvidia gtx 830 and i still dont have anything, ive also tried using the comos jumper and still nothing, anyone have any advice?

Take out CMOS battery and either short the socket with the battery or just leave it out for 5 minutes. Should reset everything back to basics

Is there an integrated GFX port on the mobo?

I assume he's plugged his monitor into that?

What you can also try is removing the graphics card and pulling the CMOS battery for a min or two. Put the battery back in and it should work again. If you enabled PCI_e graphics you'd want to set the onboard to disabled.
