How would one make a hole in a panel without breaking it entirely?

UltraCakeBakery

Is there any type of panel out there that wouldn't die if i were to literally cut a hole through it (on a place that doesn't hit the main circuit board ufcurz)?

OLEDs i think might survive? i take no responsibility for when you ultimately break something tho, thats all on you

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Builds:

The Toaster Project! Northern Bee!

The original LAN PC build log! (Old, dead and replaced by The Toaster Project & 5.0)

Take an LCD put it between bulletproof glass and then you got yourself an unbreakable panel.
