I OCed to 75hz but the games still running @ 60hz

I even tried changing my resolution on the desktop to the custom refresh rate 1080p @ 75hz.. in game its 60hz ,, In Quake Champions in UT and CS:GO

 

WTF,  Do I need to inject that hertz somehow,, Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Disable vsync and any framerate locks in the settings for those games.

Thanks for your reply, I did that still 60hz is what it shows.  Is there anyway I can inject 75hz for 1080p.  It is on the list of custom resolutions but I just changed it to 75hz . Maybe the game is taking the default 1080p and not the custom one ?
