EZ Debug LEDs are on, the ones that are flashing are CPU and DRAM lights.

 

Things we've tried:

Booted with old ram, tried without ram (cpu light went off when ram was not installed, dram light was on obviously because no ram)

Unplugged everything.

 

Things I'm going to try:

clear cmos.

Reseat cpu.

 

Any other suggestions? I'm waiting for their phone to recharge, we live in different states.

Tried the new ram sticks in a different computer they worked just fine.

Figured out that there was a bent pin in the new mobo.. currently sending it in for rma..
