nvidia rtx keeps failing what brand card to buy

i have a gtx1060  i upgraded to a rtx 2070 by gigabyte  the first one wouldn't post bios 

the second one worked for two days and the started showing characters and crashing anything running direct x   

 

newegg is giving me store credit 

 

is there a recommended brand i should be looking at that is not having these issues ?

  the reviews all seem to have someone saying there rtx series blew up 

 

i was looking at a vega 64 but also what brand is better  and are these reliable ?

It's kinda weird that two 2070's failed on you... are you sure the problem isn't with something else? maybe your OS is acting up? bad drivers? Did you DDU in safe mode and reinstalled drivers fresh new?

I have the MSI GeForce RTX 2070 armour 8G and besides once an issues that it wouldn’t output a signal, which got solved by clearing CMOS, have had 0 issues. Never see temps above 62C when gaming and usually it sits around 56-59C. Also has a bloody beefy heat sink on it - as I have learned that older armour series cards where shit in cooling. I can recommend this card from my own experience.

10 series cards are more expensive I'm assuming cause of Bitcoin. 

 

This is on a new system with a fresh install of windows and the latest Nvidia driver 

Acer prime z390 with i9 9900k 

 

It runs fine on the same driver with the gtx 1060 

 

It's a evga power supply 750w I bought it when the first card wouldn't work  so it's 2 weeks old
