click support then cpu support and it lists the compatible cpu's and bios versions needed.

you could, but i wouldn't go much higher, as the board can't handle higher end chips well

My girlfriend uses a 7500 with that mobo and a 1060, just dont use K versions or an i7 , would be a waste.
