Ryzen 1600 3.7 stock new system

MB: asrock fatality ab350 itx.

CPU: Ryzen 5 1600

RAM: Gskill 3200 flare

GPU: red dragon 580

PS:  antec earthwatts

 

Went in to start some overclocking and found my cpu appears to be running @ 3.695 on all cores.  well jumping between 3.4 and 3.7.  I am not aware of or been able to find a auto overclock in the bios.  Anyone have any ideas?  Every setting in the bios is set to AUTO, except ram is set to xmp. 

 

CPU-Z is showing my core voltage at .75 volts.  anyone have any suggestions on a better app?

are you sure it is on all cores?  the 1600 turbo's to 3.6 could be why you are seeing the fluctuation, turbo only applies to one core and not all.  a manual overclock will effect all cores.

well I dowloaded the latest hwmonitor and it shows a 3691 on all cores
