Noise reduction cooling config help

Crankier

I'm planing to do a case upgrade from the NZXT H440 to a Fractal Design Meshify C. I have a Corsair H100i for the CPU and a EVGA 980ti hybrid water-cooled GPU. So essentially I have one 240 rad and another 120 rad. As mentioned in the title my priority is noise, with my theorized config having both radiators in the front on a low rpm, and nothing else. The idea is that the radiators are getting direct airflow rather then it being second hand from inside the case. While all the hot air can do what hot air dose and rise out of the case naturally. i'm considering adding one fan in the back to help it along but i'm not sure if its even necessary.

Any thoughts and recommendations would be vary much welcomed.

I doubt you will get both in the front. 1 x 240 + 1 x 120 > 1 x 360. I could be wrong. I would just put the 240 on top and 120 at rear. Let all the heated air straight out the case.
