What do you think of this build? Cool? Needs work? Looking for ideas of what else I can do.

Looks really dope, i like the clean aesthetics, problem is the cables. Pls get custom cables, those ketchup mustard ones look really crappy.

One more thing, if you can, try returning the GPU for a better one. Bcuz you won't be able to overclock too much on your existing gpu as it has a blower style cooler. What you are looking for is a GPU with large looking fans with slanted blades. These gpu have better coolers and also look much better.

I really like the case and always love a vertical gpu mount, components are decent for 1080p/1440p gaming.

thanks. I didn’t really think about custom cables but you are right...they totally throw off the rest of the aesthetics. But my ps is a seasonic, do they even have custom cables for those? 

 

Also yes I know my gpu is slacking but when I built this I had a i7 3770k and a 970, scored a 1070 on eBay for 200 and sold the 970 2 weeks later for 150 lol. 

 

‘Going to wait for 2080s or 2070s to go down before I change. Still runs bf5 w. Medium settings at 120 fps @ 1440p so performance is fine since my monitor is 27’’ 1440p Gsync. Went from a HAF 932 case to this so the rgb thing was totally new for me to learn and figure out.

Ya of course they do, just go on over to cablemod and choose your psu. Seasonic is actually a pretty popular when it comes to psus.

Thanks. Yes the case def. exceeded my expectations. I do have the front cover removed for better airflow but it worked fine even with it on but with my set up, you can’t see the front anyways so rather leave it off.

Yes but that cables hidden in the corner. I think I would need the 24 pin and the gpu. Maybe a black and white would look nice or just white to complement the case.

No worries. I was poking around on the site and didn’t even think of using just short extensions! Thanks bud! I will look into grabbing those in the coming months. The white and black will def make it look a lot sharper.
