When should I make a new build

I was wondering when should I upgrade (By this, I mean build an entire new PC and maybe just sell/give away my old one) my PC? When will it become obsolete? I'm looking at about 1080p 60fps on Low/Medium Settings.

CPU- AMD Ryzen 5 2600X

GPU- EVGA GeForce GTX 970 SC ACX 2.0

Motherboard: ASUS Prime B450M-A/CSM mATX AM4

RAM: DDR4 3200 16GB (Dual-Channel)

Cooler: Arctic FREEZER 33 Esports Edition

PSU: Corsair CX550M 80+ Bronze Semi-Modular 550W

SSD: ADATA SU800 1TB 3D NAND 2.5"

Why are you asking us? As soon as YOU don't get the performance YOU like, upgrade the GPU.

The GPU could definitely be upgraded, 1070 would be best overall for the money, though I usually buy GPU used for the increase in performance vs cost.

 

but honestly you want to really look at your next monitor plans whenever thinking gpu.
