HDD Mountin rails with rubber screwes

Hi guys, first post here, big fan of the channel.

 

Recently I've been having trouble with my HDD mounting rail that came with my CoolerMaster HAF912. My first world problem is that my pc is so quiet that the little vibrations make the mounting screws( The ones that connect the rail to the HDD) bang against the hole in the hdd and make a noise that drives me mad. 
I would love to replace it with a rail that has rubber screws (like those Noctua uses), but I can't find the product, I can't find a rail, that has rubber screws instead of metal ones, to mount HDDs in this fashion. Below is a picture of the ones I have that came with the case

Am I crazy here? Does the product I am looking for even exists?
