Question: NVLink RTX 2080ti or RTX Titan

Been reading some confusing things and am curious if the NVLink allows either or both of these GPU's to combine the VRAM when gaming. Doesnt appear cut and dry.

Depends on the software being used, if it's just using SLI or a rendering application like blender it won't double the VRAM

Things like DX12 and Vulkan support it. But devs are too lazy and it doesn't make a lot of financial sense from a studio to support it
