Check this how high i have got my Fortify Enchantment Potion and it works with out any issues and it doesn't break the game, and I can run from whiterun to winterhold in 1minute

Im the man of steel in Skyrim, check out that colossal percentage, and the big whopper of a price, merchants of Skyrim could not afford that, i got armour and potion more valuable then that close to a billion gold, might have to come up with a mod rich Trillionair merchants of Skyrim.
