Friend's New Build Opinions

My friend is about to get a whole new PC, when I suggested he build it. So he made it himself and asked me and many others for help.
I asked him if I can upload it here to see if he can get other people's opinions.

He will be doing heavy editing and streaming, playing a lot of intensive games on 1080p 144hz or maybe 1440p.

Something like this would be better for your friend:

It will push the bounds of your budget to go with an i7 though.
