Which laptop should I go for?

skillz22

Both are a complete waste of money. I would invest in the mobile office suite for android or ios and a bluetooth keyboard and just use your phone if these are the only two options.

Yes, but there is a massive difference between proper desktop apps and android apps.

I will elaborate. I tried to make a pentium, 4 gb of ddr4, and 256gb ssd Lenovo flex work for school assignments ONLY. It literally only needed to run visual studio for simple programming and word. It is not good enough. The cursor frequently would lag 5-6 words behind. I upgraded to 8gb of ram and it made it through 1 semester.

Honestly if you are using one of those machines for anything more than a first pc, and you can type more than 1 word per minute both of those are a waste of money and you will end up replacing them within a month or two.
