Is this motherboard ok?

Ok, so for my brother's build that I am doing, the asrock b450 pro 4 is not on sale for $60 anymore, so I have to choose something else. So now, I am debating whether the ASRock B450M-HDV  is ok for this build: https://pcpartpicker.com/user/lmeneneses/saved/JHZCbv

Will it work? Yes. Is it good? Probably not considering the flimsy heatsink. It will also look very funny in that case since it's mATX in an ATX case. I'd consider this one but it's about $35 more: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/pBWfrH/msi-b450-a-pro-atx-am4-motherboard-b450-a-pro
