Need help! PC Overheating all of a sudden!!

So i decided today to reseat my cpu cooler and apply new thermal paste! 

 

After i have done this my pc wont even load up due to thr cpu being too hot! 

 

I took it off and checked, everything is making contact, could this be a wrecked pump?  Corsair h100i? There was a weird mark on the face of the cooling block and it looked like liquid comming from a screw, is this possible?

Could it be a short in thr cpu seating?

Sounds like your pump is leaking or dead, which means you should remove the AIO immediately. 

Brands I wholeheartedly reccomend (though do have flawed products): Apple, Razer, Corsair, Asus, Gigabyte, bequiet!, Noctua, Fractal, GSkill (RAM only)

fixed, started to flick it abit and felt the pump spin up! Will get on buying a new one now!
