Memory settings have been reset due to failure to boot

Need a small help on a strange issue I am facing.

Every time I turn off the power switch at the back of the PSU, I am getting "Memory settings have been reset due to failure to boot" error, then the bios automatically opens (I verified the RAM frequency is still 3000Mhz), I exit the BIOS without saving and everything works fine even if I shutdown or reboot ( until I turn off the PSU power switch ).

I am using "CORSAIR DOMINATOR 32GB (2 x 16GB) DDR4 DRAM 3000MHz" at 3000MHz in a ASUS ROG STRIX X399-E motherboard with 1950x.

Any help on this will be very much appreciated.

Thanks in advance !
