Xbox One to Dispayport Monitor

I recently bought a  (certain Cheap Korean) 1440p 144hz freesync monitor that supports this over DisplayPort. I don’t know what kind of hdmi I have but I suspect that it is only 1.4. I want to connect my Xbox One S to my monitor, so I need to connect HDMI 2.0 to DisplayPort. Is there a single cable option, otherwise what is the most elegant solution?

 

I have seen these box adapters, but does that add latency?

HDMI to DisplayPort typically requires an active conversion. So any adapter that you find will likely introduce latency.

Latency added by adapters is generally negligible
