Issues turning on my PS4

Hi,

 

There's an issue with my PS4. 50% of the time, when I turn it on with a controller, the LED breathes in blue, I can hear the disk inside spinning but it doesn't turn on and I can't turn it off either. My only solution is to unplug it from the power outlet and then it works normally. I've run all the system updates and it's an original PS4. Is there anything I can try?
