How many games could my laptop run before crashing?

I'm able to run garrys mod and killing floor 2 at the same time.

Just curious as to see what it can handle besides those two games at once.

Specs:

Intel core i7 8750h 6 cores 12threads

8gb ddr4 2666mhz

Windows 10 64 bit

GTX 1050 Ti 4gb

Crash? Maybe not. That would indicate that it's unstable.

Everything becoming extremely slow? Now that is more likely.

The moment you run out of RAM is probably when shit will start hitting the fan.
And by "run", do you mean both games in windowed open on the monitor? Or one game minimized while the other is displayed?

CPU: AMD Ryzen 3600 / GPU: Radeon HD7970 GHz 3GB with Noctua Fans / RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x8GB DDR4-3200
MOBO: MSI B450m Gaming Plus / NVME: Corsair MP510 240GB / Case: TT Core v21 / PSU: Seasonic 750W / OS: Win 11 Pro

It will never crash since that is practically the stock configuration. If it crashes with stock configuration than you could be having problems. When you run multiple programs that want to make use of all of your available resources then it will have to allocate resources rampantly for each program. If the game you're running happens to be in full screen and you also have a second game. The game running in full screen will have priority. Aside from not crashing the computer will just run very slowly as it continuously tries to allocate resources to each program. That is if the CPU and GPU are both maxed.

However, this is all fine since you have a 97Whr battery for extended testing. ?

Both opened in full screen mode, but switching between the two. So I'd say one minimized and another open.

Try plugging more screens so you can run the games at the same time
