Yes but did you put the pre rendered frames to 4 value when using FAST...????   Ya I thought so........ ,,,,,,,,,,, and its called FAST ,,,,,, not FAST Sync ,,,,, thank you.....

It actually was introduced way back in 2016 with the release of the GTX 1080 and GTX 1070, it was one of the "new Pascal features" meant to be a differential from older cards.

 

Eventually Maxwell cards also got driver updates that allowed them to work with FastSync, thank you very much.
