Downgrade or Upgrade to 49" QLED Gaming Monitor

I have no problems with my monitor it is great.  However a smooth 144hz desktop and gaming at 49"  32:9  ........  Do I dump my 4k monitor for this monitor.  Its Samsung QLED 49" Curved Gaming Monitor 1ms 144hz and what not.

 

Tell me if I should give my current monitor to my old man and grab this Sammy bad boy for 1k to the door.  He will front me like 400 bones or 500 bones for my monitor ,, so this upgrade or sidegrade or downgrade,, whatever you wanna call it will cost me 500 bucks.  Im just concerened I will lose my 4k resolution which is soo sexy,  Using DSR will make fonts blurry and faked up looking so I can't do that.  Is it ok I lose vertical size plus resolution size for this 49" ultra super duper wide screen.... Thanks

49" gaming ? What are you playing, cutscene's simulator ?

Personally for e-sport type of games everything beyond 27" I find as a struggle, but heck if you want to go big almost as big as my d, go for the 49"

Hey buddy thanks for the response.  I play 2 games pretty much,    Quake Champions and CS:GO .............. But mainly I use Sonar Platinum and that vertical resolution will really mess things up for me.  I mean 1080 vertical is too big. for me.. but I don't know I haven't seen this monitor in action.  I wish someone who owns this monitor can speak out!!!
